Standard Terms and Conditions

  1. Legally Binding Agreement: By signing a contract with All-Pro Pressure Masters, LLC, you are entering into a legally binding agreement for work to be completed at the agreed-upon price. If this contract is broken, all deposits made to the company will be forfeited as damages.

  2. Product Warranties: All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. All-Pro Pressure Masters, LLC makes no additional warranties. If you ever have a concern regarding our work, All-Pro Pressure Masters, LLC should be notified immediately.

  3. Water and Electrical Usage: By signing this agreement, you authorize All-Pro Pressure Masters, LLC to use necessary on-site water and electrical supplies to complete the project. It is your responsibility to ensure these utilities are active and available.

  4. Color and Tone Variability: Due to factors like age, weather, and the type of wood, variations in color and tone are expected in our work. We strive to match the final finish as closely as possible, but some variance should be anticipated.

  5. Safety and Access: While All-Pro Pressure Masters, LLC is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for ensuring that children, pets, and other individuals remain clear of the work area. Children and pets must be kept off the work surface for at least 24 hours post-completion to ensure safety and effectiveness.

  6. Payments: Payments to All-Pro Pressure Masters, LLC are due as per the contract schedule and are payable by check, cash, or electronic transfer upon job completion.

  7. Scheduling: Our work is subject to weather conditions, which may occasionally disrupt our schedules. We strive to minimize any inconvenience and will keep you informed of any necessary scheduling changes.

  8. Removal & Replacement of Property Items: The homeowner is responsible for the removal and replacement of any personal items such as grills, furniture, or planters in the work area. We are not liable for damage or storage of these items.

  9. Damages Disclaimer: All-Pro Pressure Masters, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as loose siding, shingles, or structural defects that may be exacerbated by pressure washing.

  10. Stain Removal Limitations: Not all stains can be removed. Materials like tree sap and some fungi may not be entirely removable through pressure washing.

  11. Property Condition: Your property should be in good repair and prepared for pressure washing. This includes ensuring that all structural, electrical, and other exposed elements are secure and functional.

  12. Concrete and Masonry: Cleaning concrete and masonry can reveal pre-existing imperfections concealed by dirt and staining over time. Results will vary based on the condition and age of the concrete.

  13. Indemnity for Incidental Damage: While we take great care to preserve the integrity of your property, All-Pro Pressure Masters, LLC is not liable for incidental damage that may occur during the cleaning process.

  14. Concrete: The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors, most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and other pollutants and stains is cleaned, it will reveal any imperfections that the pollutants and stains have previously concealed. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or concrete slab.
